In all instances, the sprayed surface must be water tight.
If spraying roofs then it should be ensured that no foot traffic occurs on the same for at
least 10 days thereafter.
If spraying areas that will contain surface mounted services (ducts, cable trays, etc) you have 3 timing options :
- Spray to a clear slab / roof before any suspended services have been installed. All following trades need to drill / shoot through the insulation with care. We return to Site toward the end, to simply patch up Trade damaged areas
- Spray TC 417 / AF 90 after all hanger rods and fixing brackets have been installed The trades then return to hang their services without damaging the TC417 /AF90
- Spray TC 417 / AF 90 after all services have been installed.
All three options have their merits and issues. If you contact us, we can best determine the ideal sequencing, which often is a hybrid combination.
